If you are starting from 0%, you will need at least 9 flares, (I used Zaid's UV flares), a gun of some kind, ammo of course, (firecrackers didn't seem to draw ALL of the Volatiles), some medkits (they may spit or tap at you), and of course maybe the UV Flashlight. I got this easier then I thought.this method is a LOT safer in my opinion AND can be done in BROAD DAYLIGHT!!!!!! This solution is probably the fastest, easiest, and most importantly, the safest method!!! The good thing about the second solution is that you will receive bonus agility experience each time you evade the volatile pursuit. However this method will be a bit lengthier than my first.

Have them chase you to the safe house, UV flash as many as you can, then get the heck in the safe house. Sleep until it's night time and then go out running around and attract volatiles attention. Instead, you can find a safe zone that's the easiest for you to get in and out of. If you don't want to die I have an alternate solution. Then I just let them maul me, and I rinsed and repeated 3-4 times. What I did was run and made sure I had 5-6 of them following me, I turned around and used my UV flashlight to blind all of them (you'll know they've been blinded because they start burning). Once you have reached the finale (when you're suppose to go up Rais's tower) you get to a sequence where it's dark, and you have to run away from a horde of volatiles.
